1. Services
TK NovaLink provides aggregated model API access, usage metering, cost control and related technical support. The platform acts as a neutral gateway forwarding requests to the upstream providers you select.
2. Accounts & Keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys. Usage and charges resulting from poor custody are borne by you. Quota caps and alerts are available and recommended.
3. Billing & Refunds
Services are billed by actual token usage at the real-time prices shown in the console. Consumed credits are non-refundable; refund of unused balance follows the mutual agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the services for unlawful activities or to generate or distribute content violating applicable laws. The platform may throttle or suspend violating accounts.
5. Availability
The platform targets 99.99% availability. For upstream provider failures, multi-vendor failover engages to protect business continuity.
6. Liability
Accuracy and compliance of model-generated content follow the upstream providers' terms. The platform is not liable for indirect losses.
