1. We Don't Store Your Content
By default the platform does not store, view or analyze your prompts or model responses; requests are only forwarded to the upstream provider you selected.
2. Minimal Metadata
Only metadata required for billing, rate limiting, troubleshooting and security audit is retained: timestamp, model name, token counts, status code, latency and key label.
3. Transmission & Storage
All API traffic is TLS-encrypted; keys are centrally managed; operation and call audit logs are retained for security traceability.
4. Third-party Processing
How upstream providers handle request content is governed by their published terms. Selecting a model acknowledges that provider's data policy.
5. Account Information
Registration data such as email is used only for authentication, quota management and essential notifications — never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
6. Private Deployment
For private deployments, all business data and logs remain in your own environment; the platform touches no business data.
