How to get an API key?
After logging in, go to the Tokens page, find the default token, and copy it. The key starts with sk-.
How to create a new API key?
Click 'New' on the token management page. New keys support balance limits, expiry, and model whitelists.
When creating a new key, if you set allowed models, the key can only use those models; otherwise it inherits the model scope accessible to your account group by default.
What is the API key format?
All API keys start with sk- and are typically 48-64 characters long. Keep your key secure.
API key usage recommendations?
Use the default token for development, create dedicated keys for production, and separate keys for team members.
What if the key is compromised?
Immediately disable or regenerate the key in the console, then update your environment variables. Contact support with your account info.
Never send a full API key via email, support tickets, or chat. If troubleshooting is needed, provide only the first and last few characters with the middle masked.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank cards, and bank transfers for enterprise customers.
How is data security ensured?
TK-NovaLink uses end-to-end encryption, no persistent data storage. SOC2 and ISO27001 certified.
